Therma-Tron-X was founded in 1971
as a manufacturer of custom industrial ovens and washers. Since
1981, our main emphasis has shifted to automated finishing systems
featuring I-beam, enclosed track, power and free and our patented
SlideRail Square Transfer
(SST) conveyor systems.
TTX Shop Floor
Electrocoating,
powder and liquid paint systems have been built for U.S., North
American and overseas customers engaged in the manufacture of appliances,
recreational equipment, furniture and automotive products, among
many others. Our modern facilities in Sturgeon Bay, Door County,
Wisconsin now cover more than 150,000 square feet of plant floor
and office space.
Innovation
has been a driving force in the continual improvement of our finishing
products. Therma-Tron-X has pioneered
a low maintenance conveyor grounding system, developed automatic
voltage control for electrocoating operations, and designed and
installed E-coat tanks that ensure circulation without foaming or
settling. Our newest innovation, SST Barrel
Electrocoating, provides high capacity processing of fasteners
and small parts in bulk quantities with minimal labor costs.
Therma-Tron-X
is a full service, finishing equipment supplier. That means we assume
responsibility for all mechanical and structural aspects of our
products. When you purchase a Therma-Tron-X
system, you get complete engineering support: evaluation, testing,
design, fabrication, installation and field service. Our
work force is made up of skilled craftspeople with years of experience
in their chosen fields. Their know-how is required to make sure
every part of every washer, oven, conveyor and finishing system
fits and performs perfectly - both in our shop and in your plant.
Dedication and pride in their work ensures that our products stress
quality and reliability.
Our years of
experience are invaluable in a business where each product we build
must uniquely meet the specialized needs of the customer. You can
count on Therma-Tron-X to supply your
system on time at the quoted price. Updates are sent every two weeks
detailing the status of your project, and we invite clients to visit
our headquarters at their convenience to monitor our progress.
After your system
is installed, we get you up and running smoothly - making those
little adjustments that allow ovens, conveyors and other components
to perform with peak efficiency. We train your personnel not just
in the "hows" of operation, but also the "whys" - giving them the
ability to better troubleshoot and maintain your equipment. If problems
arise, we're available by phone to offer advice and, if needed,
visit your plant to service your system and minimize downtime.
