Therma-Tron-X environmental rooms are custom designed, manufactured
and installed to meet the most stringent requirements of high throughput
powder coating operations.
Supported by a heavy steel framework, walls and ceiling are constructed
of aluminum skinned foam paneling with an R-14 insulation rating.
A unique snap fastening system ensures optimal efficiency while
metal halide or florescent light fixtures provide exceptional lighting
conditions for accurate color matching. Customer choice of booth
and reclamation equipment are easily interfaced.
Therma-Tron-X environmental rooms include air conditioning and
humidity control equipment sized to provide balanced airflow and
minimize overspray while maintaining humidity and temperature conditions
within tight tolerances.
