Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager


Position Summary:

TTX is looking for a professional and extremely organized marketing assistant to create and maintain marketing materials, digital and paper. This individual will create and deliver emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications. This individual will also help to maintain and modify company websites.

General Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends

  • Create sales presentations/proposals for prospective clients

  • Develop and manage client & agency relationships

  • Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner

  • Develop campaigns for sales/marketing and advertising

  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

  • Plan, organize and attend trade shows

  • Create advertisements, webinars, and direct mail

  • Modify and maintain company websites

  • Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions

  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications

  • Develop and track budgets

  • Measure success of various marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate experience working in sales or marketing team environment

  • Bilingual

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Above average computer skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Web development software, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and various other online marketing tools

  • Bachelor’s Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development
