Phoenix Products, the first job at TTX to be assigned a job number! Therma-Tron-X started as an industrial oven manufacturer and built an oven for Phoenix Products that was used for drying paper, specifically money wrappers. Brad Andreae says
“it was the first job I worked on in the shop”.
Did You Know?
The name “Therma-Tron-X, Inc.” was selected for three reasons. The word “therma” stands for thermal, regarding the oven aspect of the company. The work “tron” comes from the word “electron” for the electrical and ecoat portion of our systems, and “x” because, at that time, no company they new of with an “x” in their name had ever failed.
