Dual Lane 5-Color SST E-Coat System

This is a dual lane five color system built to E-coat fasteners. The conveyor is designed in a way that a powered roller conveyor sends empty baskets to a load station for filling. It includes a "violent" shaker and shaker tables to auto load fasteners based on weight into the baskets. The baskets are then automatically transferred to the electrocoat carrier for processing. The conveyor is designed with dumpsters to manually dump fasteners directly to the customers packaging line.
