TTX is proud to support the Brussels Town Park sign project, a new addition to the park that will honor the men and women of the Southern Door Community who have served in the United States Armed Forces. While final touches, including brickwork, the top cap, and military branch medallions on the front columns, are still being completed, the sign is already becoming a meaningful landmark for the community. The project began through the vision and dedication of members of the Brussels Lions Club, who worked with the Town of Brussels to bring the idea to life through sketches, planning, and even a handcrafted scale model.
TTX was honored to donate the fabrication and installation of the Brussels Town Park sign as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the Brussels community. In addition to this project, TTX has proudly sponsored several other improvements within the Brussels Town Park, including the batting cage support, scoreboard sponsorship, and other community initiatives. Team members directly involved in the sign project included Joe Wildenberg (also a member of the Brussels Lions Club), Mike Hansen, Andy Staats, Trevor Allie, Preston Haen, Tory Franda, Kevin Claflin, William Hooker, Tom Denil, Steve Georgenson, Randy Kroll, James Maccaux, Troy Muench, Chad Andreae, Jake Schultz, Adam Schopf, Mikki Jeanquart, Dan Grovagel, and Shawn May. TTX is grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Brussels Lions and the Town of Brussels on a project that celebrates community pride while honoring local veterans. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held and TTX employees and their families are invited to visit the sign during Belgian Days, July 10-12, to celebrate with the community.
