Excellence in Manufacturing: 2026 Manufacturing Mentor Award

We are excited to announce that Matt Goll has received the 2026 Manufacturing Mentor award from the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA). This award highlights someone who works with local students to build partnerships and grow manufacturing in Northeast Wisconsin.

Since joining TTX, Matt has helped design processes for welding and fabrication standardization. Any employee who is going to weld, is trained by Matt and completes several welding tests before being certified to weld on TTX manufactured products. He has established high quality standards and holds every welding employee to those.

Matt has worked hard to shape the youth apprenticeship program at TTX. He has helped train 17 youth apprentices, six of which are now working full time at TTX. Each youth apprentice learns the same standards as our full time employees and is held to the same expectations. Matt has not only taught the youth apprentice students about welding, but hard work, continuous improvement, and dedication to their skills.
